Seafood Salad
Combine cooked shrimp, calamari rings and scungelli in a bowl and add the following:
1.Finely chopped red onion, celery and garlic.
2. Salt, black pepper, oregano, basil and chopped red pepper.
3. Mix together with olive oil and lemon juice.
Place entire mixture into a radicchio shaped shell and serve.
