In a sauté pan add oil and chopped garlic. When garlic begins to soften add 1/2 lobster and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
 
Add clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, and calamari along with a red sauce, white wine and spices (oregano, basil, salt & pepper and crushed red pepper)
 
Cover pan and steam cook until clams and mussels open and sauce reduces slightly.
 
Prepare linguine al dente.
 
In a separate sauté pan add a small amount of the liquid from the first sauté pan then add the already prepared al dente linguine. Cook for a minute or two to combine flavors then place pasta on plate and add shell fish on top.
