When chicken is half-way done, add sausage and
continue to cook about 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
Add garlic and mushrooms (chanterelles and shiitake)
together with red and yellow Italian vinegar pepper strips and sauté
together.
Discard most of the oil from the pan and at the last
minute add a touch of white wine.
Reduce slightly, garnish with chopped parsley and
serve.
